    2. Files are funded approximately 5 to 10 business days of a Completed File allowing for underwriting, AND any & all legal due diligence. If you require a RUSH FILE please be aware that there will be a corresponding charge unless otherwise notified. 

    3. Retainer & associated password must be sent to: [email protected] before a file will be sent to our legal department.

    4. We will send notification that a Disclosure to Investor(DTI) has been completed, the associated broker & file reference only. We do not send out completed DTI’s and investor’s information.
